6330 - ACQUISITION OF PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL, ENGINEERING, LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL, OR LAND SURVEYING SERVICES
The School Board may employ procedures to contract for the construction of new facilities, or for additions, remodeling, renovation, maintenance, or repairs to existing facilities by licensed professionals pursuant to F.S. 287.055. Unless otherwise authorized by law, all contracts for professional services in excess of the threshold amount in F.S. 287.017 shall be awarded by competitive sealed bidding in accordance with F.S. 287.057. This shall be accomplished as described in the Facilities Construction Procedures Manual (insert hyperlink here).
